Our License to Submitted Content

Fees & Payments

Fees and payment terms for Members and Vendors are outlined in separate agreements.

Members:

Users acknowledge that they are submitting payment directly to the Beneficiary (via a third-party payment service or any other payment method) and therefore we are not responsible for lost payments, identity theft, fraud, or refunds.

Vendors: 

Without limiting the foregoing, if you sign up, upgrade, or renew your membership, you are automatically entered into our auto-renew program unless otherwise specified in the applicable terms or agreement

Authorization: Payment Processing. You expressly authorize us to debit or credit any monies from the payment method you have chosen. Authorization to charge your chosen payment method account will remain in effect until you cancel or modify your preferences within the Services; provided, however, that such notice will not affect charges submitted before we could reasonably act. The Vendor shall be responsible for all fees associated with the processing of the payment method, including payment processing and associated bank fees.

E-SIGN Disclosure

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including legal notices and disclosures, from EvendorsVIP. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Coupons & Discounts

Coupons and discounts provided through the Services are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined by EvendorsVIP. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with these terms, and EvendorsVIP reserves the right to modify or terminate coupon and discount offers at any time.
